So here I am back from Ireland.
I am awfully tired and sleepy and amazed by the sudden changes in weather. I was expecting Dublin to be warmer than Glasgow, but it was just the opposite. The very last hours it started to snow and it managed to delay all the flights by an hour, apparently you can’t take of with snow and ice on the plating.
Back in Scotland, I got stuck on the M8, a motorway between Edinburgh and Glasgow, because of…SNOW! Snow in SCOTLAND! I have seen it on few occasions before, but it NEVER managed to stay for longer than 1 day and it NEVER caused any problems. It was so weird that people in my bus started to take pictures of the snow ourside. I managed to take two:
It’s amazing when you take into the account that M8 usually looks like that:
DIGRESSION:It was a BAD idea to make my style for that few days a summer-ish dresses with some heavier top. I was freezing most of the time. And I looked really bad, as I go through the pictures now. Somehow though I felt stylish. Oh,well.
Other than that, from now on I will only take a plane when there is absolutely no other reasonable choice. I have a phobia and not the one of these that you just feel bad and unhappy, I have a proper one. I can’t sleep/eat most of the night/day before the flight, I cannot stop my whole body shaking, I want to vomit, I want to faint, all of these.
It pisses me off more than you can imagine.
Now I think it’s a good time to sleep since I have slept for roughly 1 hour during the last 28 hours.
